We develop our own mobile apps and websites — from the first idea to launch and ongoing development
Our own products
Full development cycle
Mobile apps and websites
The whole cycle happens in-house: we research, design, build, launch and grow our own apps and websites
Developers join while the idea is still being discussed. Together with the product team, they dig into the problem, choose the architecture and build solutions that can be maintained and grown
We build web services and native apps. We choose the tools to fit what the product needs

Interfaces and services people use every day

Native apps for iOS and Android. We build them so people enjoy using them
The backend, infrastructure and data work as one system

We build services and APIs that power our products

We deploy and maintain infrastructure so our products run reliably

We store, structure and analyze data to make decisions
We work on our own apps and websites, share experience and value everyone’s contribution
Help grow our apps and websites, suggest solutions and see how they work for users
Learn new technologies, take on new challenges and put your knowledge to work
Pay for achievements, plus bonuses and rewards based on results
Help newcomers settle in, pass on your experience and try yourself as a mentor
Quests, sports and meetups — to get to know each other beyond work chats
We have been building our own online services and apps for B2C and C2C since 2013
2013
We grow our products and our team, open new areas and work in different cities

Ergonomic furniture and professional equipment, so you can work comfortably on complex tasks
Hot lunches and snacks throughout the day. Team comfort is made of everyday details
Development, design, marketing, HR, support and more. Everyone contributes to the shared result
First, we get to know each other in an interview with a recruiter. If it goes well, the next step is a meeting with the head of the department. For IT specialists, this stage includes a technical interview plus live coding or a test assignment. Once all the stages are behind us and we see that we are a good fit, we send an offer
We meet in the office. We like being able to discuss an idea right away, ask a colleague at the next desk and find a solution together. Talking face to face helps us agree faster and understand each other better. That is why we work in the office, with no remote option
Our back offices are workspaces for the team. We don’t receive visitors, so we don’t list their addresses on 2GIS. When choosing an office, we think about how you will get there and what it is like to work there: a central location close to the metro and public transport, and inside — professional equipment and comfortable Italian furniture
The first days bring lots of new names, tasks and questions. We will figure it all out together. A recruiter will walk you through the routine and the rules, and a mentor or manager will introduce you to the team and the project. What comes next depends on your role, but one thing is the same for everyone: there will always be colleagues you can turn to for help
Of course! Send your CV to info@it-link.ru and add a couple of lines about what you would like to work on. Your story with IT-LINK might start with that very email
